Poor service

Telkom is becoming one of the worst service provider. I have been trying to call their call center, sending messages on Facebook and they didn't bother to respond. Telkom in mall of the north sold me an LTE Data without checking coverage, now I am seating with service that is useless to me. I went to the store to cancel but the bill still reflects the said canceled contract. Telkom please speak to your sales people to stop wasting our time and trying to up sales with product that are useless. Cancel the contract.
