Poor service

On 06 September 2024 updated my cellphone contract trough Telkom SA in Cape Town. Requested two Samsung Galaxy s24 phones since I got two cellphone with them on contract. Agent did took all my details and place an order for two. Up to date only received one cellphone. When you call them they said they don't have stock or it has been discontinued or the other call agents are not doing their work. They are just making empty promises but nothing happens. In the meantime my bank debit order has already been uploaded for two contracts money to be debited.
