Poor service faulty router pathetic network

Bought a router and data just before LD in March Router. Didn't work network was pathetic no one responds to calls. Waited until 5/5/20 when they reopened. Requested for my money... Was informed that I should have returned 2 days after purchase.. If they were closed from 27/3/20 how was that possible. They said router is faulty took for repair.... I don't want it I want the R600. 00 'I paid. Poor service at cresta... Waited for 3 hours in the queue on 5/5/20
