POOR SERVICE

I can also account to those who have complaint so much about their WIFI buffing so much and taken a contract which is supposed to be offering you 10mpbs but instead you only get less than 5mpbs or less. The funny thing about Telkom is that they will keep on sending Technician but nothing changes. you basically cant reason with them as they are not ready to hear or assist you.

Honestly, the service is so bad, no one cares but we keep on paying for that poor service and no advice from the consultants...
