poor service

I have been calling for several times ,everytime the consultant answer the pohone they drop the phone.I need my statement including the balance and the settlement .Your services is so poor including your insurance i have sent them email to cancel insurance few months ago but no one responded and it still debiting my money without my concern. You guys a **** because even on the app when we check the balance is not there only showing the monthly payment even the statement you sending monthly .How can i pay the account without the balance .Please send me the requested documents
