Poor service

I won't recommend anyone to do business with Telkom, I was happy opening contract with them for the past 4 years s until Today I've missed one payment they took their installment for 2 months before debit order go through I did not have problem with that because my device was suspended. They took their time to re active the line and I was ohk with that too because it was during weeknd and holiday I was still getting sms requesting payment whiles payment was done.. I got invoices requesting 3 payments even the payment that was done

Telkom is so pathetic
