Poor service!

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with, they have no empathy towards their customers. I don’t understand how a company cannot have anything in place for women on maternity leave. We only get a certain percentage of our salary but they still expect full payment from us. I called you for assistance to possibly set up a payment arrangement or to reduce monthly installment costs but you said nothing has been set in place for people in financial difficulty. I couldn’t pay for 2 months and when I just got my recent paycheck, they deducted the full outstanding amount which was basically my whole pay for the month. This really needs to be looked into, I have rent to pay, water, electricity, groceries and my baby needs his essentials for the month! How do they expect a person to survive like this during maternity leave? This is unacceptable, every company should have a process in place for people with circumstances like mine. I need my money back immediately.
