poor service ever

Telkom service is very poor .I have been waiting for my phone for the past 3 weeks ,their insurance company what they know is to request the exces fee the minute you pay they don't even bother to call to find out if you received you phone and they dont even care because they are recieving the money every month.I wont recommend anyone to this store including their coureir and insurance also .I want my phone i dont owe anthing i pay my istallment every month so stop abusing the customers because you not only the retail store in the country
