Poor service

I app**** online to have uncapped WiFi installed in my home 5 weeks ago. I was called the day after I app**** to complete the application process. I was informed that the unit will be installed within 2 weeks. It has been 5weeks and I received no update from Telkom. I tried calling multiple times, and was made to hold for over half an hour each time with no answer. I have sent an online request for Telkom on to call me, but still not response.

Really disappointed with the service I received.
