Poor service.

I cannot cancel my Telkom. No matter what I do they keep on billing me. I have proof of cancelation but each month the bill me its been a year now with no luck. It’s stressing me because is affecting my credit score because I cannot pay something I don’t know. They even sent my account to the legal department of debt(default ).
