Poor Service

I am trying to cancel my fixed line but keep my email address. When I phone I keep getting told to phone some other number 10213 which only gives you two options - so I cannot cancel it. Very poor support. I also have a problem with sending emails but cannot get hold of anyone to talk to. Would not recommend Telkom to anyone!
