Poor service

Account suspended due to late payment on the same day my account got debited for the outstanding amount. 23 August. The next payment due is only on the 30th of September Ever since made numerous calls to call centre with no luck. They tell you to phone numbers which don’t exist. I have now had 6 days of no service on a device which is paid up until end of September. No customer service.
