Poor service delivery Telkom

Telkom mobile. Probably THE worst company to deal with. Trying to do a number change. When you chat to the store, they say call customer care. When you call customer care, they say must go to store. Then you cannot call the store as Telkom do not have a telkom landline number at the store.... ....But they are very quick to sell you a phone. The worst service ever... by far.
