Poor service delivery since last year

<p>This line: ********** 334 has been out of order since last year, and has been reported several times. The last time a technician visted my aunt, he told her that the fault is somewhere where he cant gain acces, but yet the fault has been cleared whithout completing it? This is very poor service from Telkom!</p> <p>Can this issue be resolved and can it be taken care of?</p>
