Poor service delivery on reported faults

I continuously experience problems with my ADSL line. I pay for a 4MB line, but it only syncs at 2MB. When I report it they often times will let me know the problem is resolved, when it is not. Again this week I had to report the line. I received an SMS yesterday indicating the line was tested and was working fine. They did not visit the premisses, nor did they call they home number. I rep**** that it was not resolved. Today again I receive a SMS indicating that the fault was resolved, yet the line still syncs at only 4MB. Most of the time it takes them at least two weeks to eventually decide to actually grace us with their presence at the home to look at the line instead of taking the short way out and just doing some useless test and not resolving the actual problem. The service is pathetic to say the least, but we have to pay exorbitant amounts for the bad service. Extremely disappointed.

Morning,
No one has contacted me, and the matter is still not resolved. As a matter of fact the line is now syncing at an even lower speed than yesterday.
To top this all off I received an SMS this morning indicating that Kwena recently attended to my service and that I had to rate his/her service. I don't even know if it is a male or female as this person was not at our premisses, so I don't know how he/she managed to resolve something. The SMS requested me to rate his/her services. Needless to say my rating was not very good.
I hope this matter will be resolved before the end of business today, alternatively I will claim a refund from Telkom for the time that my line was not syncing at the speed that I was paying for.
I will not recommend your services to anyone, but unfortunately you have a monopoly in South Africa and are holding clients at ransom.
