Poor service delivery from Telkom & Technician - Margate

Telkom Technician was to install landline within 7-14 days as advised by Telkom. After a week no call. Phoned Telkom to enquire, was advised that the technician was calling the landline that was suspended. Further appointment made for the Technician to come out on Tuesday. Technician **** about coming out to the property. Again appointment made for Technician to come out only to receive RUDE & ARROGANT response from the technician. To date still no help. The technicians number is ********** 108.
