POOR SERVICE DELIVERY FROM TELKOM

Telkom has been debiting my account for a contract that was supposed to be cancelled 10 years ago. They have ****** lot of money from me for a product that I stopped using many years ago because of dishonesty and poor service I got from this company. They are still debiting my account to this day after canceling the ****** contract. The worst part is none of their telephone is being answered.

I think it's high time we start voicing this Telkom issue on radios and any other means of communication so that people could stop using Telkom.
