Poor service delivery from telkom

Telkom is the worst service provider. I took a fiber contract in July 2022 R450. In August 2022 they increased it to R499. They then increased it in April 2023 to R549. This is supposed to be a contract where no one should increase premiums until the contract expires. Be be careful don't take out a contract without reading it properly. No one advised me that they can increase anything. I'm stuck with this this thievery till April 2024. Disgusting
