Poor service delivery from Telkom

We moved to a new adress and asked telkom to come move our line to the new adress. And we received 3 dates saying they are going to come install our wifi. All 3 times the never pitched even after i phoned them a few times and still nothing.We are paying for this service and still they havent bothered to even let us know its ridicioulus.On the 3 Nov they were suppose to come install then on the 13 th and today the 17th they never bothered. This is ridicoulous!!!
