Poor Service Delivery

I have bought a Rooter online and to this date its not working, I have called their consultants several times to report this matter and all of them they have dismally to assist me.

Infact, I have been transferred from pillar to post without any joy. They have even denied me an opportunity to speak with their supervisors. After several months, I have tried contacting them again today 3rd of October 2024 at 16h51.

However, I have received bad service from them as usual. Since well, they claim that their calls are recorded. They must go and listen to the conversation I had with Thokozani and Tefello from Customer Service, very useless and unprofessional service rendered by those guys.
