Poor service delivery and empty promises

Good day my husband was at Telkom at Mall@Reds today to upgrade to a Samsung Galaxy S9. We know that till the end of December there is a promotion that with every Samsung you buy you get a wireless charging pod. He enquired at the store about it and asked if he qualifies and they said he does but they never gave him his charging pod. Now he needs to go back to the store due to their negligence. This is totally unacceptable.
