Poor service delivery and customer experience

I was shocked at how unprofessional the service are at Telkom taking into consideration that I have a personal account with them and a business account. I've been having the run around with Telkom since Thursday. My stores can't trade because we still don't have internet connection. We have paid and everything and they asked me to confirm security questions such as Address. The assistance over the phone Nokuthula at the billing department couldn't help and she didn't specify what other information I needed. It been over 5 days and we still have no connection in our store. I visited the telkom stores and they kept telling me they offline. I'm reconsidering using their services.
