Poor Service Delivery

Utterly POOR SERVICE My contract was billed from July 2019 which makes it 22 month's now. TELKOMS System indicates 18 months of payments only. I HAVE PROOF OF ALL MY BILLS AND PAYMENTS. WHERE HAS MY MONEY GONE TOO!I have lodged a complaint in December and this has not been rectified todate. The case was closed and not resolved. I have re opened the case on 30th March awaiting feedback to date after they had confirmed a 72 hour turnaround time for feedback. This is now affecting my upgrade process as I have been trying to upgrade since March.Please assist with solving this issue. Case no:***2
