Poor Service Delivery

I called Telkom mobile to cancel my contract on two devices and was told i need to do so 30 days before expiry date. I did so and till today i am being billed. When i call them they take you from department to department. I asked for a manager and was put on hold till like e got cut. Manager never called back. It's really a hustle with this pathetic company. It's so easy to sign up for a contract but when it should end you hustle.
