Poor service delivery

I would honestly not give even 1 star for their service over last few months. First it was for a renewal of contract and now its wifi. Ive app**** and the process was done on the 14th Of June already. After thr completion I was told it will take 5 to 7 days for installation. But there were problems with address verification which I understand. Since then I have to be the one to call in almost everyday just to be told different stories by their agents all the time. Its been over a month and I am still waiting. Sometimes the agents picks up and ask how can they help and when you explain uour query the phone drops or they just dont respond back. This is honestly the worst service I have ever received and If i knew this before I would not have dealt with them in the first place. Many warned me but they have great deals but the service do not match it at all...
