Poor Service Delivery

<p>We are a franchise store based in Rustenburg Northwest. Our Michelin Tyre Plus store is on the Corner of 111 Kloof road and R24 Grey Stone Crossing. The site is a new developement with highly reputable businesses on the premises. We the Tyre Plus store have now been trading for almost two months without a telephone line. About three weeks before we openned our doors for trading we have requested Telkom to come and set us up, only to find excuse after excuse from the call centres saying theres no infrastructure on the premises. Promises have been made to send a technician out to have a look. If they had sent someone they would have found that there is infrastructure on the premises. A big green Telkom box is located right next to our building!! There is no excuse. We have two other major businesses in Rustenburg. If this poor service delivery is not resolved and we are not taken seriously, then please know that telkom is NOT the only telephone and internet provider. There's a few other companies that would be glad to take our business.</p> <p>This will be our last attempt to get some sort of service out of Telkom.</p>
