Poor service delivery
<p>Hi </p> <p>It has been almost 6 weeks and our landline and adsl is stilk not fixed. I cannot understand how it os taking Telkom so long to resolve this issuem i have posted on Hello Peter 2 weeks ago and still no joy from Telkom. It has been 7 weeks to date that our landline and adsl line is down. We received a call from one of your technicians on Friday 21 April that the line has been fixed but when we came home we found that it was still down. We logged a call again with telkom because the technician told us that he would send some one out on Saturday to check if everything is ok and no one came. Please can you assist us with this query. It is becoming ridiculous that we are waiting 7 weeks for Telkom to do a simple repair. We have called Telkom several times as well as even put you on Hello Peter twice and it seems that that is still not good enough to get you to repair our line. I am horrified at the service delivery from Telkom. My expectation is that this issue wil l be resolved today.
