Poor service delivery

<p>A month ago I reported a fault with Telkom ref number 1034crk130217 . No one has come out to fix it. I have called numerous times and they all say the same thing "a cable problem they will send a tech out " but no body has come out. It is most frustrating and disappointing that no follow ups have been made and no attempts to fix my line!!</p>
