Poor Service delivery

I have logged a fault with Telkom on the 7th of April 2017 for an intermittent Adsl line and for slow line speed. The firast fault ***

On the Sunday the 9th of April i received a confirmation sms that the fault has been restored, however this was not the case. I logged a new fault on the 9th of April ***

On Monday i received a confirmation sms the fault has been restored, again this was not the case and my adsl line was still faulty. I again logged a new fault ***

On Tuesday i received a an sms indicating the fault has been resolved, however still the fault persisted and my adsl line is still faulty. I have now logged another fault ***

This is the fourth fault logged in four days and the adsl line is as bad as it was since the first time i logged a fault. This indicates to me the Telkom technicians assigned do not have the sufficient s****set to resolve the issue. I have requested on all possible forms of communication to my knowledge (Call centre / Facebook / Twitter) to have a Senior technician assigned to this fault, however this request has been appeared to be ignored.

I have had adsl line issues previously and it took more than a month for Telkom to eventually assign a Senior Technician with the required s****set to investigate my fault and get it resolved. It would appear i need to go through this exercise again by constant begging and pleading with Telkom to get proper service.

I am unfortunately not in a position to cancel my contract with Telkom but strongly suggest to anyone considering doing business with Telkom specifically pertaining to Adsl to rather explore other options and not get lured into this trap whereby you expected to pay for a service that is never delived.
