Poor Service delivery

<p>I app**** for a Telkom line as per MWEB's request for internet services, they arranged for the line to be installed on a day that i was not available and i tried to reschedule the appointment and they arranged to come and instal the line but they haven't got back to me since. I would really like the line to be installed as soon as possible as I desperately need Wi-Fi at my home.</p>
