Poor Service Delivery

I helped my mother apply for P40 lite sometime in May and debit order ran on the 17May2020 and to date my mother hasn't recieved her phone, she then followed up regarding the phone after holding for over an hour she was told that her order has been cancelled because the offer she app**** for is no longer available as they dont have powerbanks anymore she should reapply on the website again, which I assisted with that over 2 weeks ago and she still hasnt received a call from telkom or her order being delivered.
