Poor service delivery

I have app**** for a contract. They phoned me and I received my sms that I have been approved and that they will contact me within 24 - 48 hours to confirm my delivery. This was on the 27th of November. I also send an email and they did not even respond. My husband also app****, they phoned him and he asked that they phone him back within 30 min, they never did.
