Poor service delivery

My landline have been down for more than a month now and they just keep on saying they are working on it yet there are other clients also complaining about the same thing is there a problem that they just seem interested to fix our problems if this is the service i get after more than ten years with them then thanks but no thanks i will move my service to someone else
