Poor service delivery

Went to the local telkom store to get internet for my new flat in June. They all advertise all these nice specials but they dont tell you that their service delivery is so slow. I received my Telkom login and password the next day but had to wait a month for them to come install it at my flat. And a month went by and noone came. So went to the local shop again and they escalated it. Went back again a week later and they escalated it again. Finally someone smsd me they were coming the next day in the morning. I waited the whole morning for them and noone arrived. Went to work and they finally came in the afternoon. But they couldnt find line. Theres a box and everything but the contractor just phoned me theres no line and i have to pay for a line to be put in from the outside as telkom doesnt do that anymore? Since when? I had to get my own elctrician in and pay for it and to my surprise there is a line directly in my house. Since then i have been back every week and the lady at the store just keeps on escalating my request and nothing happens. I have spent almost R1500 extra the month to get interne via my cellphone so i can do my admin from home. But still nothing. No answer. No person to contact directly. Nothing. They just play the dumb card and say i have to wait. Its now 3 months later and still waiting.
