Poor Service Delivery

I ordered a phone online they have been telling me the past 2 weeks now that either the phone that I purchased is with the courier or that they don't have stock. I paid for the first month already. I've been through every single channel that they put me through to get an answer but it seems that they keep spinning stories. Now they are telling me that I'd need to wait for an additional 3 days before receiving my device.
