Poor service

I've a 24 months contract with Telkom, for the past 6 months they have been debiting the data and voice money from my account and I've not received the data they didn't load 1.5 gig they promised, I've logged the fault with them in March and they have not assisted me. The reference number of the fault I've logged from Telkom ***3
