Poor service

I have just switched over to a higher Wi-Fi package with Telkom only to be disappointed it is now extremely slow I was told that it can connect up to 10 users at a time but I cant even connect 3 users. I called in for assistance but with no success the problem is still not sorted out. I am paying much more now and the quality of the Wi-Fi is worst. I don't recommend using this brand even as your last option.
