Poor service/*****/ Contract cancelation.

My name is Sibusiso and my account number is: *** they debited R401.84 for a contract of R99.99 monthly but they still claim my account is in arrears how come?

They claim my account didn't have funds but the account had funds and I didn't get any message that my debit order coundn't debit.

This is *****. Telkom is a *****, not the first time they do such, last time I ordered a mi-fi mobile router and they delivered a home router and I had to pay R2000 while it was their consultant that selected a wrong product.

I want out of this bull**** contract.
