Poor service clear water and Krugersdrop branch

Its been over a month now that we app**** for two cell phone contracts and yet now answers we have been at the branch for times already to our feedback on our businesses contracts and ever time we get the there lady that did our paper is of sick or she is off and we dont have any answers .
