Poor Service-Cant help-passing the buck

I just want to advise that Telkom has very poor service, i owed Telkom Mobile for the month of December 2015, i paid them in January 2016 but my line is still suspended, iv been calling every week to follow up but got nothing instead they telling me to call Nudebt who also is telling me tio call telkom Mobile, like can you guys stop passing the buck and assist me?, i don't recommend anyone to go for Telkom Mobile sh@# network
