Poor service

I've been their customer since 2018 everything was fine until now. . I've been calling them since last week I have contract with them I wanna remove recurring data I can't hold of them since last week my bill is so high I need more explanation of my contract they don't pick up even their app its just another mess I can't log a fault I'm so dissapointed
