Poor Service

For 3 days I have been having issues with Telkom's email. I am able to send but no incoming mail is reaching me. Then, many emails have been placed in a spam folder. These are emails that I have always received. On phoning them all they say is yes we know we have a problem, but they cannot tell me when this is going to be rectified. A rather sad state of affairs.
