Poor Service!!

I have done a application for Internet at my house! After a week time, the system was off, after that the people told me I must pay R700! Okay! Fine! I have paid the money, and now ? It is two weeks later, and still nothing !!!! All answers that I am getting is they are waiting for the credit vetting!! How long must I wait ??? It is two weeks now!!! Come on! Do something about this ??? I am busy to change my decision and move to Vodacom or something!!
