Poor service

Telkom sevice sucks, I have been send from one department to the next, one consultant to the other. Their network dropped to 0.12mbps and no one can help. Working remotely using Telekom network is a potential suicide, you can lose your job. I have been having issues consistently, one week you have a super speed and the next week nothing.
