POOR SERVICE BY UNTRAINED STAFF

The Telkom Store at Hatfield is HORRIBLE. The staff there is dismissive and rude. They are not well informed as I went there two days in a row for the same problem. They aren't well trained as they do not know how to speak to customers and my problem STILL remains unresolved. When you go there you might want to avoid the lady by the name of Elizabeth Ndala as she does not know what she is doing based on my experience she misinformed me as a customer. The lady by the name of Zoliswa Ngqai REFUSED to speak to the call centre agent from my phone to be able to assist her. The store is unwelcoming and they REFUSED to take in my damaged phone that I bought there, that I am STILL paying for due to the fact that I do not have my proof of purchase. I AM STILL PAYING FOR THE PHONE AND I AM STILL INSURED but they refused to assist me for TWO days. My phone is still damaged. I am disappointed at the unwelcoming and dismissive service I received.
