Poor Service by TELKOMSA

I have been trying for 6 months to cancel an email address with TelkomSa that I am no longer using. All my efforts have been in vain, and I am still billed a monthly fee for this service that I am not using. I cancelled the debit order, but just had a back dated debit order for 4 months on my bank account.
