POOR SERVICE BY TELKOM !!!!!! ****** BY TELKOM

Bad Service by Telkom:

I got ****** two weeks ago and after numerous attempts at the Telkom stores to get my contract number back, they have been unable to assist me. Bearing in mind I am still paying for the contract and I use the same number for my business so I am losing out on business , income and time as I have been to Telkom every day for the past two weeks. it is unbelievable that not one store can assist neither can the head office. Telkom has now blocked all my other contracts with them and I hold five contracts with them and they blocked my LTE. I have sent them proof of payments and still they are refusing to open my accounts and restore my number . How do I cancel all the contracts as Telkom has breached their service agreement. Absolutely pathethic service !!!
