Poor service by Telkom

Hello Peter , I am writing this review out of pure frustration due to poor service by Telkom . I requested Telkom a few months ago to cancell my internet service which I have with them and I specifically indicated that I want to keep my landline . The result was that to my disappointment they cancelled everything . After several calls and emails to their retentions department by their sales department , I did not get any response . My Telkom service number was ***.
