Poor Service by Telkom employees.

I went to Telkom by Northmead Square in Benoni and I was so desperate for phone as I need it for work and school urgently, I explained that to the sales lady so that she can give me proper information then I can go elsewhere but no she promised phone will take a week by 14 Feb it will be delivered.. I asked are you sure because I'm really in need she promised.. Come Friday there's nothing then second week nothing then she tells that was a Valentine special they will take time as if I didn't tell her how urgently I need the phone.. Then she says with her colleague on Friday 21st we can cancel application then go to another Telkom store see if they can approve you again. Who's scoring must be messed up for their *********** then I phoned their call center when I get to the office she said they will call me by close of business today or tomorrow Saturday 22 Feb for delivery.. Never gotten any call, I regret buying phone there. I normally buy phone at Telkom cash 1st time trying this contract as I'm scared of it, now this experience made it worse.
