Poor service by telkom and worse product by Acer

I bought a new laptop (acer) the system is very bad it takes for ever to opne and all system are very slowly and cannot open apps . This is a worse laptop I have ever come across in my life. I took it to telkom they do not want to exchange it or fix it. Poor service by telkom and worse product by Acer.
